I discovered a new recipe during the lockdown period. It was an experiment. The final result wasn’t too bad. I came up with a simple recipe: wined egg sandwich.
I heated up some red wine in a container and stirred in some freshly chopped onions and tomatoes. I added a spoon of brown sugar and a spoon of chilly powder to it. Meanwhile, I scrambled some eggs on a separate pan until it looked yellow and fluffy, and felt really soft.
I toasted two slices of bread and layered cheese on the bread, then layered the wine-cooked onions and tomatoes onto the cheese, the third layer was the scrambled egg, all of it sandwiched in between bread. Simple and tasty!
